Project Manager
We are a top 50 southeastern General Contracting firm in business for 25 years. We have multiple projects already won and ready to break ground.

What You Will Be Doing
Participate in the preconstruction process including budgeting, scheduling, bids, presentations, etc.
Draft and/or review the content of the Owner Agreement for executive execution
Day-to-day management of construction budget
Direct, train, supervise, and manage all Project Engineering functions (RFIs, Submittals, Document Control, etc.)
Examine Contract Documents for completeness, deficiencies, constructability, code compliance, etc.
Manage all subcontract and purchase order agreements from award to close-out
Design, manage, and update the project schedule working with other team members
Manage a timely and comprehensive Owner Billings Process
Manage subcontractors payment application process and content
Analyze and evaluate IOCs from subcontractors and vendors
What You Need for this Position
8+ years of PM experience
Mix-use/Multifamily or hospitality experience is REQUIRED
Recent experience and knowledge of podium and/or wrap project builds
Proficient with Procore and Blue Beam
Local to Tampa area or willing to relocate
