Project Manager Note: All positions at Davis Bews Design Group begin as contractor positions
Overview of Position: The Project Manager will be the primary contact for both new and existing clients, production staff, and vendors. This role includes client relationship management, municipal code research, project estimation, resourcing and scheduling with teams, and coordinating third-party vendors to the permitting stage.
Detailed Job Responsibilities:
1.Attending internal meetings as well as meeting with clients, weekly.
2.Scheduling and leading maintenance in our internal system.
3.Fee preparation, PO approval & storage and invoice approval,
4.Accounts Receivable support.
5.Weekly correspondence with clients for kickoff meetings, status updates and issues resolution.
6.Team follow-ups, project kick-offs, and check-in’s to ensure that all projects are resourced and on track.
7.Maintenance and data entry into our internal software.
8.Server folder organization and maintenance, electronic filing.
9.Handling of research and resolution of code rejections.
Education / Qualifications:
1.3 years of project management experience
2.Construction/Drafting industry experience
3.Organized, detailed orientated, and process driven
4.Must be able to work in person in our Oldsmar, FL office up to 40 hours per week
5.Intermediate skills in MS Excel, Outlook, and Teams
