We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of success in overseeing interior finish projects. With over 10 years of industry expertise, the ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and strategic insight to our team.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of interior finish projects, from conception to completion. This includes coordinating project teams, managing budgets, ensuring quality control, and maintaining timelines. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met with the highest standards of excellence.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years in project management, specifically in interior finish projects such as commercial spaces, residential developments, or hospitality venues.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Budget Management: Demonstrated success in managing project budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify challenges, propose effective solutions, and make critical decisions to keep projects on track.
- Quality Control: Ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained throughout the project lifecycle, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
