Full Job Description
We are looking for an outgoing, highly organized PROJECT MANAGER in day-to-day coordination and management of properties during the acquisition, remodeling and sale process.
The objective of this role is to perform on budget and time-frame of each property.
Duties: Some of the main duties are as follows
– Get quote/s from Contractors to perform remodeling;
– Select Contractors, upon budgets and time frames;
– Follow up with permits;
– Analysis and report of deviations of budgets and/or time-frames;
– Finalizing construction
– Set Up all utilities accounts and monitor payments so the construction and sale process can take place accordingly (Water, Gas, Electricity, Garbage pick-up, Sewer, HOA, etc.).;
– Get Insurance Quotes, compare and hire;
– Coordinate all services and work outside the principal construction, such as: pool service / maintenance, lawn maintenance, special trimming and cleaning, dumpsters coordination, pest treatment, etc.;
– Maintain clear and accurate documents / invoices for books and references purposes;
This role has extreme relation and coordination with a) Contractors, b) Administration, c) Acquisitions
Reporting: This position reports directly to CEO and involves some reporting preparation.
Requirements: Previous experience in operations, project management, fulfillment, administration or logistics (at least 3 years). Proactive, expedite, organized, strong communications. Use of excel, word, PDF, QuickBooks, Keynote.
Time to Action: Immediately.
