Project Manager Reconstruction Division
FP Property Restoration is seeking a full-time Reconstruction Project Manager/Estimator. This position is responsible for all day-to-day management of assigned repair projects in the defined territory. This includes meeting with homeowners, estimating the project, communicating with insurance adjusters, scheduling, and managing.

Qualified candidates must be able to pass the onboarding screening process, which may include a background check or drug test.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage Budgets Using DASH Software
  • Ability to budget and schedule jobs
  • Use DASH to Document all Projects
  • Manage 15-20 Projects Simultaneously Using Sub-ContractorsCommunicating With Insurance Carriers Through Xactanalysis, Email, And Phone
  • Recruiting and maintaining a Talented Subcontractor Base That Meets FP Restoration’s Criteria
  • Meeting & Exceeding All Carrier and TPA Guidelines and Timelines
  • Meet Homeowners, Secure Project Work Authorization, And Present Schedule
  • Assist Homeowners with Selecting Materials
  • Communicate With Management and Administrative Office Daily
  • Keeping Updated Notes and Documentation on all Projects in Multiple Systems

Education, Experience & Required Skills

  • 3+ Years’ Experience in The Disaster Restoration or Repair Industry
  • Very Good with Technology- We Utilize 10+ Software’s as Well As Matterport
  • Familiar With Xactimate – Ability to Write & Run Is Additional Commission Opportunities
  • Ability To Update Notes and Photos in Real-Time
  • Ability To Make 25+ Phone Calls and Respond to 20+ Emails in A Day
  • Ability To Sell Projects to Customers
  • Income-Driven
