Bay To Gulf Holdings, LLC. is now hiring an experienced project manager. You will be assisting in the coordination of renovating, marketing, and renting residential properties.
We take the worst house on the block and make it the best. Foreclosures are our specialty, the dirtier the better! Identify necessary repairs, plan the full renovation of the property, coordinate contractors and vendors, budget, and more. Also Learn how to facilitate Real Estate closings, run comps, and value properties.
Ideal candidate should be highly motivated and possess an entrepreneurial attitude, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage their time and multi task. Construction background/knowledge required. Previous project management experience required. Contracting experience preferred. College degree preferred. Our company offers tons of room for growth, pay raises, and bonuses.
This is a highly demanding position that will require hard work and dedication, but it is also a great opportunity to learn about real estate investment. Overtime and weekend hours will be necessary in order to meet the demands of the position. Salary position, pay is negotiable and dependent on experience.
Company vehicle provided, must have clean driving record and be willing to submit to a background check and drug test.
