Project Manager

Your Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager to help grow our Project Management Team as they implement our Green Energy & Sustainability projects nationwide. The Project Manager will play a key role in the success of our company. She/he will have a unique opportunity to design and manage large capital projects on commercial real estate assets throughout the United States.
Responsibilities
- Travel the country to evaluate and create capital execution plans on large commercial real estate projects.
- Work directly with clients including Asset Managers, Property Managers, and Real Estate Owners, to create and execute customized energy-saving solutions.
- Work closely with the VP, Operations to fine-tune processes and constantly improve Field Operations with an insatiable focus on efficiency and service.
- Perform, manage, and coordinate activities such as estimating, evaluating, programming, and project construction management for the projects to which you are assigned.
- Assists in technical troubleshooting and brief installation tasks.
- Manages day-to-day execution of project tasks and deliverables.

- Previous LED Lighting, Solar Energy, EV Charging Station, and or commercial real estate on-site operations experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, preferably in electrical, lighting, or construction.
- Electrical knowledge of building systems, LED lighting, solar energy, EV Charging, and/or energy efficiency.
- Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
- Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and Extensive knowledge of department processes.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
