About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manage with Home Improvement experience to join our team in Florida. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of bath renovation projects from beginning to end. Your major end result will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the requirements of stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in project management in construction
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project
- Strong understanding of project life cycle and project management methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification
- Experience in project management within the technology industry
- Experience managing remote teams
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate project activities and ensure that project milestones are met
- Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and provide regular project updates
Skills:
As a Project Manager, you will use your skills in project coordination, project planning, project scheduling, project documentation, and project administration on a daily basis. You will also need to have a strong understanding of project management software and be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders. Your ability to manage project risks and issues, develop contingency plans, and coordinate project activities will be critical to your success in this role.
