KPMG is currently seeking a Project Manager, HR Programs to join our Human Resources organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development, management, and execution of firmwide initiatives that drive elements of KPMG’s HR strategy and advance the employee and partner experience
- Partner with cross-functional project team members to take strategic concepts and project plans from design and development through implementation
- Assist with the execution of firmwide programs, including interacting with peers and leaders from the firm’s business process groups and the Chairman’s office
- Manage project plan workstreams and/or deliverables, including but not limited to development and implementation of communications plans, creative assets, and event production
- Develop presentations to effectively communicate project/program updates to leadership, stakeholder groups, and project teams
- Provide project management support to project lead, including timelines, milestone management, and communications
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of progressive human resources and/or corporate communications experience with a strong background in project management; professional services experience preferred
- Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, prioritizing competing demands, and organizing time to consistently deliver strong results
- Highly motivated and collaborative self-starter with strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail; able to succeed with minimal supervision
- Possess strong understanding of the HR function and the professional services industry
- Experienced in working with creative agencies, interactive web development, event production, video production, executive presentations, and budgetary oversight
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Outlook
