IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor’s degree; and
Four or more years of experience in managing real estate projects to include leases, license agreements, operating agreements and easements.
OR
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience that would reasonably be expected to provide the job-specific competencies noted below.

- Ability to collect, organize and analyze data and develop logical conclusions.
- Skill in managing real estate projects.
- Skill in use of spreadsheet development for financial analysis and revenue comparison.

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES

Depending on assigned area of responsibility, incumbents in the position may perform one or more of the activities described below.
- Manages all facets of project management for individual real estate projects including leases, license agreement, operating agreements, and easements.
- Demonstrates capability to read, understand and apply standard to moderately complex documents affecting real estate projects, including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, leases, LOI’s, project charters, surveys and drawings.
- Interfaces directly with internal staff to define project requirements.
- Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
- Leads project delivery resources/team providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals.
- Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed.
- Facilitates project meetings.
- Implements project documentation governance aligned with Port requirements.
- Ensures project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.
- Tracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, board approvals, and approved timelines; Reports status and variances.
- Creates action plans to meet objectives and schedule.
- Identifies project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.

SPECIAL PROBATIONARY NOTE
Incumbent must possess a current and valid Florida Motor Vehicle Operator’s License or capable of obtaining one within thirty days from the date of hire;
Must successfully pass a seaport security background check and compliance for a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).
CONCLUSION
