A local real estate investment and property management firm in Lakeland, FL is looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join their team and oversee a diverse portfolio of real estate development and property management projects. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of project lifecycles, from initial planning and budgeting to execution and closeout, while ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

- Lead and manage multiple real estate development and property management projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Proficient in conducting regular maintenance activities on job sites to ensure optimal functionality and safety standards are upheld
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, zoning requirements, building codes, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle
Who We’re Looking For- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of real estate investment principles, property development processes, and project management methodologies
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with diverse stakeholders
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
What You Can Expect- $60 – $80k/annually, based on experience
- Regular schedule of Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
