Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction project management, ground-up construction, and project management. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, from planning and design to execution and completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the construction process, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents.
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, issues, and risks.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Manage project budgets and financial performance.
- Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Manage project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and other project staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, ground-up construction, and project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
