Role: Project Manager

Job Description : –
· Strong experience in project management in BFS domain with experience around 10-12 years.
· Lead the project team in all aspects of the project. Experience in managing development, testing, Analysis project.
· Build detail activity plans for development and release of the deliverables and align with the Regional Implementation Lead directions, execute activities and ensure deadlines are met.
· Partner with the Global team and any other appropriate organization
· Responsible for end to end project delivery, resourcing and profit center management.
· Drive organizational change taking full account of obstacles, opposition, and differing stakeholder priorities. Acts as a champion for business process changes; act behind the scenes to craft solutions for business problems related or tangential to the project.
· Able to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands.
· Pro-active in developing and implementing solutions that significantly mitigate risk.
· Demonstrate Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving skills
· Demonstrates collaboration skills and techniques which appropriately define alternate solutions; resolve conflicts; and create lasting, productive partnerships with clients
· Projects a credible lead image when strategically communicating and planning for change.
· Fosters a productive relationship with executive level sponsors.
· Communicates effectively with multiple multi-geographical, multi-functional groups
· Demonstrated inter-personal skills, conflict resolution, and negotiating skills.
· Ensures open communication across project team members.
· Industry certification in project management is mandatory as per client onboarding policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tampa, FL: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Project management: 10 years (Preferred)
- Banking: 3 years (Required)
