RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a remote Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- In this role, the Project Manager will create project plans and related resource plans and present to firm leadership
- Manage teams to execute projects leading to timely delivery, quality, and compliance with the projects scope
- Develop key messages and communicate around project updates to leader
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and performance consultants
- May be asked to assist in the development of learning materials associated with the project including instructor guides, participant guides, hands-on activities, handouts, diagrams and pictures, job aids and self-study materials
- Track and decipher stakeholder input, summarize feedback to develop actionable content, and follow-up on open items
- The Project Manager will develop compelling, logically structured presentations and deliverables to communicate findings, strategy and recommendations to Talent and business leaders
- Drive end to end project deliverables, including updating and tracking project timelines and status, tracking stakeholder input, and creating process maps and deck materials; Manage the work through all stages of the project lifecycle
- Design and manage process for tracking outputs of leadership discussions; Capture feedback from leadership discussions and summarize key takeaways
- Design facilitation approaches to engage variety of stakeholders along the project lifecycle
- As a Project Manager, you will develop approaches to understand and assess the needs in relation to our professionals, our Businesses, and trends in the marketplace
- Other PMO and related tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of experience in human capital consulting or in-depth knowledge and experience with talent topics in project-based roles; Specialized knowledge and skills in workforce strategy, workforce transformation, or human-centered design methodologies
- Strong PowerPoint skills; Ability to create simple stories around complex topics and appeal to the needs of multiple stakeholders; Outstanding written, visual, and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to host and manage Outlook Invitations and Zoom meetings with polling, multiple hosts and/or speakers, video and/or audio inserts
- Demonstrated ability to make timely, informed decisions that consider data, goals, constraints, and risks from multiple perspectives
- Proven self-starter who has demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, complex, and ambiguous start-up environment; Agile mindset and ability to pivot and respond to unexpected project turns
- Ability to build strong peer relationships across the firm network
- Applicants must be fully authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
