Qualifications and Skills
- Commercial Project Management experience: 3-5+ years (Preferred)
- US work authorization (Required)
- Ability to be self-direct and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strength/Experience in problem solving and conflict resolution
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, Procore and Microsoft Project (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Occasional business travel required to visit job sites

We are rapidly growing! Our Family-owned company, located in beautiful Brevard County Florida, provides clients exceptional and top tier construction services for the commercial construction industry. We have two offices located in both Orlando and Melbourne, FL. We are looking for a Project Manager that will oversee multiple renovation and new construction projects.
Project Managers shall operate on a high level of management interfacing with client, consultants, subcontractor, and management staff to ensure highest level of quality, schedule, and profitability on all projects while focusing on an exceptional client experience.
Project Manager Responsibilities
- Create and manage project budgets for all assigned projects
- Developing pre-construction RFP packages
- Conducting project meetings and setting milestones and formulating owners’ reports
- Establishing job processes (RFI’s, Submittals etc.)
- Performing project scheduling; ensuring project quality control and establishing overall project logistics
- Leads the project team in establishing expectations, providing information to subs, and maintaining quality and cost effectiveness in the overview of all the projects
- Comprehension of construction drawings
- Leads with managing the project closeout process
- Prepares weekly project updates
