*Job Summary*
We are seeking a skilled Underground Utilities Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in infrastructure projects, focusing on utility installations like water, sewer, and storm drain systems for commercial and municipal projects.
*Duties*
- Project Scheduling
- material Buyout
- Update as-built documents
- Coordinate subcontractors
- Managing cost and “Work In Progress” project
- Developing and maintaining owner relations
- Negotiating both POs and subcontractors
- Establishing and enforcing job site safety expectations
- Total project P&L
- Contract negotiation and administration
*Experience*
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or another related field
- Underground Utilities- Sewer, Water, Storm
- 3-5 years of project manager experience in the heavy civil industry with water and wastewater pipeline construction
- Proficiency in using software such as ProCore, HeavyBid, or Bluebeam
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with construction processes and regulations

Pay: $95,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
