These products include, but are not limited to the following: Storefronts, Doors, Canopies, Sunshades, ACM panel systems, Brake metal, Awnings, Roof screens, and handrails.
The Project Manager / Project Coordinator will have experience overseeing all administrative aspects of the project, working on multiple projects concurrently. This individual shall have excellent organizational and time management skills and a strong work ethic that will be essential to meet critical goals within a fast paced and often changing environment. In partnership with their field leadership team, works with our clients from the beginning of a project through project completion. Some of our customers are National chains, such as, Chipotle, Footlocker, Athleta, Warby Parker, Panera, Wawa, Forever 21, Gap, Old Navy, Outback, etc. We are a manufacturer and provide our products to our customers. This is an office based position.
Project Manager / Project Coordinator Requirements:
- A degree in project management, or related field from an accredited university is preferred but not required.
- Minimum two years’ experience as a project manager or in a similar position in construction or manufacturing
- Able to work with clients and their expectations in a professional manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build solid relationships with team members, vendors, sub-contractors, and clients
- Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office programs required and experience with Project Management software such as Procore or MS Project preferred
- Blueprint exp. a plus
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Division 8, Division 5 and Division 10 experience is a plus
Project Manager / Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Ensure we deliver a safe, high quality product to our customers.
- Work under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Maintaining strong relationships with the client while working to meet all schedule and fiscal milestones.
- Produce reporting for senior management, providing detailed project updates and profit projections.
- Manage project from receipt of Purchase Order through shipping.
- Review and approve shop drawings
