Position: Project Manager (Capital Projects)
Location: Tampa
Key Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on capital projects highly preferred.
About Us: Citrus Construction, a division of The Richman Group, specializes in multi-family new construction and remodeling. Founded as a general building contractor with the objective of streamlining the overall construction process from development to property management.
Responsibilities: The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of capital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves conducting site visits, creating asset condition reports, and performing quality control inspections on existing projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of capital project management.
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma, college degree preferred
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on capital projects.
- Proven experience in conducting site visits and quality control inspections.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Experience:
- Intermediate to proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Typing
- Data Input
- Specialized Knowledge/Licenses/etc.
- Notary is preferred, but not required.
- Project Management

- Procore
Skills:
- Attention to detail and grammar in written work.
- Communicative
- Adept at using computer and project management applications.
- Oral and written communication

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of construction terminology
- Must be able to work in a fast – paced environment.
- Displays professional appearance and conduct.
- Good attendance is essential.
- Bi-lingual a plus
- Regular travel to conduct site inspections.
