Shagbark Properties is looking to hire a junior project manager to coordinate/oversee construction and related activities for new and redevelopment projects. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in project management, in the construction or civil engineering fields. Specific responsibilities of the position include: project bidding, attend onsite coordination & construction meetings, process RFI’s between contractor and design professionals, review and approve monthly payment draws, and reporting of project status to owners.
