The Kearney Company continues to grow! We are adding Project Managers to our team of professionals. We are underground utilities site contractor located in Riverview, Florida with projects throughout the central portion of the sunshine state. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Communicating with owners, vendors and subcontractors
- Coordinating with job site superintendents while maintaining a positive client relationship across multiple projects
- Issuing purchase orders and subcontracts
- Scheduling, invoicing, estimating and takeoffs
EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED
- Degree in related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a project manager, project engineer, and/or estimator
- Detailed knowledge of commercial/residential construction materials and methods
- AutoCAD, AGTEK and MS Excel knowledge
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer proficiency skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
