Job Description
- At least 5 years of relevant experience is required.
- Manage all aspects of small to intermediate projects throughout the development lifecycle, including project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs and change.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project parameters, then translate customer needs into formal requirements, using industry knowledge and delivery methodology.
- Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and status reports, managing task assignments to project resources and reporting on and managing project scope throughout the lifecycle
- Interface with all areas affected by the project, including end users, service organizations, vendors and implementation partners.
- Review project deliverables for accuracy, and apprise management of risks, issues, and recommended mitigations.
- Ensure satisfactory custody transfer and control of product upon handoff, then close all project documentation and archive appropriate records.
INTAKE NOTES:
- Will be supporting the LRP build.
- Hybrid – 3 days in office/2 days Remote.
- Prior experience is required. Looking for Sprint Vision / Magenta Build and BTS experience.
Skillset Matrix:
- Real Estate, Soft Cost work, Build to Suit vendor’s deliverable management from Candidate selection to Entitlement Completion.
- Day-to-day MB Data Management, updating milestones forecast, actualization and document upload.
- Day-to-day due diligence, data pull from other tools (SLOT, RFDS, iCSNE)
- Day-to-day data analysis gathering updates from tower vendors weekly/bi-weekly calls with vendors and site acquisition vendors.
Soft Skills:
- Excel data analysis (pivot tables, excel formula), word document, SharePoint, incubator, Time Management, Organized, Project Management,
- Good communication skills and Teamwork
- Not a Construction Manager role.
