Our local client is seeking candidates to work onsite with their existing team as a Senior Project Manager. This long-term employment opportunity is based in the Tampa, Florida area as a Hybrid position. We are seeking candidates to manage key projects as part of our client’s strategic business plan as their Senior Project Manager. What you get to do every day
– Work closely together and communicates with designers, stakeholders, developers, and technical team members
– Coordinates schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines
– Co-operates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects
– Indicates project with reliable ticket workflows and boards
– Creates detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, risk assessment, and project status
– Collects data from QA leads, business analysts, and technical leads into suggestions
– Aid the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products
– Indexes and executes the sprint planning and grooming meetings and traces ticket assignments
– Complies with Product Owner/Product Manager to make certain that the product vision and high-level business objectives are explicit and practical
– Directs deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Dev Ops, and Product Owner- Functions as Scrum Master for the developers on the team – clearing obstacles, ensuring the team is working effectively, and leading scrum ceremonies
– Make certain that the functional requirements are tracked, achievable, and met
– Cooperates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap
– Determines and schedules projects – as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner
– Prepares the RACI matrix for projects in a product line
– Assists to manage, identify, and classify risk for functional improvement requests
– Assists to manage dependencies among cross-product teams
– In charge of project planning
– Supplies the daily stand-ups, safeguarding they are brief, focused, and timely- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
– Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
– Project management experience desired
– Knowledge of Zendesk
– Microsoft Excel experience
– Infrastructure Projects experience
– Network Infrastructure experience highly desired
– Proven knowledge of System Security
– Excellent oral and written communications skills
– This position requires experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs
– You’ll do well at this position if you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies
– A Project Management (PMP) certification is required for success at this position.
– Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets
– Minimum of 3+ years of relevant Project Management experience
– You could be a good applicant for this position if you are flexible and focused
– Applicants should have proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools
– Background in project management, operations, and supervisory leadership
– Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
