Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description:
The Instructional Designer is integral to the growth strategy of the organization of the Virtual Client Solutions Organization (VCS). We translate business requirements, systems/tools, programs and products into learning for the organization. Our goal is to create an innovative personalized learning experience in everything we do. The Training Instructional Designer role (Learning Architect) will focus primarily on creating custom training deliverables in support of new programs, system processes, technology releases, and firm initiatives.
Knowledge and Skills:
3+ years in instructional design or creative services role required
3+ years of project/program management required Experience with learning experience design, ideally in a highly regulated market
Experience with adult learning theories and the instructional design process Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or other training related degree is preferred
2+ years in financial services setting preferred Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines
Advanced knowledge of Articulate 360 or other E-learning software required Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud components
Ability to edit video and audio
Working knowledge of Cornerstone LMS preferred
