Full Job Description
We are looking for someone experienced in the construction and renovation field.
The Project Manager will be responsible for
1. Meeting new clients and creating estimates
2. Hiring and maintaining their own subcontractor crew
3. Follow procedures and guidelines.
4. Make sure the projects are going on schedule.
5. Make sure all the subs have proper forms and insurances.
Projects we do are
1. Bathroom remodels
2. Kitchen Remodels
3. Drywall Work
4. Flooring
5. Painting
6. Carpentry
And More
Some jobs are complete full renovations.
Must have a reliable work truck or van, measuring tape, be able to use Microsoft. Be on time. Must have experience in construction. Must have a clean background.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
