Responsibilities
- Manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Drive sales efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the construction sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate project success.
- Create detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation, to guide project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or delays as they arise to maintain schedules.
- Conduct regular meetings with team members and stakeholders to communicate project updates and address concerns promptly.
- Prepare and present project proposals and sales pitches to potential clients, utilizing analytical skills to showcase value propositions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-5 years experience in project management/Sales within the roofing industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $120,000.00 – $300,000.00 per year
