Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead restoration and remediation projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale residential and commercial projects, particularly in water, mold, fire, and biohazard remediation. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage restoration and remediation projects, including water damage restoration, mold remediation, duct cleaning, fire restoration, and biohazard cleanup.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and technicians to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare project timelines, manage budgets, and ensure all necessary permits and inspections are secured.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including IICRC standards, NADCA guidelines, and biohazard remediation protocols.
- Oversee site safety and ensure all work is performed according to company and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including work authorizations, change orders, and client communications.
- Identify and resolve project issues and concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the restoration and remediation industry.
- Experience with biohazard cleanup, in addition to flood damage, mold remediation, and fire restoration.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- NADCA certification (or ability to obtain).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in the Tampa Bay area, which is prone to flooding and catastrophic events.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
