Position Overview:
Wallace Construction Group is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in commercial to join our growing team in St. Petersburg, FL.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work closely with owners, architects, subcontractors, engineers and superintendents to ensure projects get completed on time and on budget
- Review and approve subcontractor pay applications and vendor invoices.
- Schedule and coordinate job site deliveries
- Create timelines and keep up to date records of project progress
- Track project expenses
- Attended weekly subcontractor and owner meetings
- Frequently go to job site to track progress and address issues
- Document all project activity using Procore
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience managing commercial projects
- Experience with Procore or other construction management software
- Ground up experience is preferred
- Healthcare experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
