Skills:
5-7 year project management experience a must. Prior financial industry or consulting experience is preferred but not required. PM Industry knowledge or experience preferred. Experience working in a large PMO or PMO supporting a large technology development organization required. PMP Preferred
The main function of the role is to support key Program Management Office processes for a technology organization-wide PMO governing a $500M+ book of work. This includes managing processes and associated procedures and artifacts for key program management processes such as Monthly Scorecard Reporting, Change Control, Various Reports and PMO Deliverables which must be maintained and produced regularly to support regulatory compliance.
The responsibilities of the role require the complete ownership of a set of program management processes, ensuring complete adherence and ensuring processes and associated artifacts, tracking and reports will pass validation by Internal Audit or Banking Regulatory Agencies. This includes executing processes, running applicable meeting forums, documenting logs and meeting minutes that demonstrate exceptional level of detail and logical organization which will pass inspections by audits or regulators. Additionally, the resource may assist in tracking regulatory commitments and associated programs and projects which remediate matters requiring attention (MRAs) assessed by Regulators.
