One of Patina’s Private Equity clients would like the support of a professional to work alongside the VP of Sales from one of its Tampa-based portfolio companies to implement a new sales process.  This would be a start to end sales process which would include Account Planning, Pipeline Management, and defining appropriate Sales Metrics.

Our client sees this as a 3-4 month commitment that would be closer to full-time initially and transition to part-time as the project progresses. The project is expected to start in mid-October.

This professional would preferably live in the Tampa Bay area.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience implementing or directly managing a sales process for a B to B service organization.
  • Strong Project Management skills and capabilities to manage a cross-functional project.
  • Able to accommodate a part-time flexible project for 3-4 months.
  • Experience working with middle market Private Equity would be ideal, but not required.
