Frontier Building Corp is seeing an additional Project Superintendent to join its team.
The Organization
Frontier Building Corp (FBC) is a national General Contractor, Construction Management and Design Build Services Firm based in Miami, FL that specializes in building turn-key construction projects for its clients – both national chains and local businesses along the east coast. Our expertise is in commercial construction and our background consists of build-to-suits and tenant improvements for free-standing retail, restaurants, healthcare, shopping centers and office buildings.
We are seeking a Project Superintendent with significant experience in the restaurant (QSR and Casual Dining) area to join our organization. The Project Superintendent will report to Frontier’s Project Managers and Finance Team and will be charged with the responsibility of managing the completion of all daily activities on a given job site in accordance the project plan, schedule and the company’s policies and practices. The Project Superintendent will also have the opportunity to contribute to the overall success of the organization and its clients by helping to develop those around them, and by suggesting and implementing new processes and practices that will help bring additional efficiencies.
The Candidate’s Background
We are seeking an individual whose background includes:
Strong knowledge of the construction industry including construction site management, project scheduling and financial acumen
- Strong knowledge and experience of the restaurant sector (QSR and Casual Dining)
- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment; an ability to multi-task effectively; an ability to maintain attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication and negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Project, and Excel
- Working knowledge of Timberline a plus
