We are currently seeking a Project Supervisor for our Multifamily line of business. This candidate will manage the renovation process for all Franklin Street assigned apartment community(s).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Proactively tracks upcoming vacancies
  • Orders materials necessary for the renovation(s) and ensures materials are delivered on time
  • Generates reports regarding the renovations to Manager / Regional / Ownership
  • Ensures material and subcontractor workmanship quality throughout the process
  • Obtains competitive bids for items related to renovations
  • Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Develops a detailed project plan to schedule vendors and track progress and renovation costs
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Review and approve invoices.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of previous experience in residential project management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills with proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Yardi experience a plus
  • General knowledge of building codes, regulations and laws applicable to multi-family commercial real estate
  • Must have a valid motor-vehicle license
  • Prepared to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks ongoing at the same time

Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
