| We are looking for experienced Staff or Senior Accountantswith a strong accounting background in Property.
Please do not apply if you are Property Manager.
You will not be considered for this position if you do not have your Bachelors Degree
Residential Experience in Property Accounting is Required
- Maintain GL accounts for multiple residential properties
- Reconcile accounts and bank statements
- Support cash management activities and banking relationships
- Lease administration including the review of documents and billing
- Perform required adjustments and reconciliations
- Assist with month and year-end close operations
- Special projects and analysis for senior management
- Prepare all related documents for annual audits
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-2 years of residential property accounting experience required
- Proficiency with Yardi or related real estate accounting software like Timberline a plus
