Urgently hiring
- Maintain GAAP financials for 18 multifamily (condo) properties and master association
- Prepare and maintain monthly financials including balance sheet account reconciliations and income/expense reports
- Analyze and review property operating statements and balance sheets including month end accruals and reclasses
- Reconcile monthly bank statements
- Prepare quarterly and/or monthly reporting
- Prepare replacement reserve packages
- Generate year end financials and coordinate with external auditors on the year end audits
- Assist in the annual budget process
- Perform special projects as needed and provide support to the accounting and property management team
- Assist in the financial closeout process of completed projects and ensures that all pending financial issues are resolved and necessary information is provided
- Assist in the pledge accounting process and reconciliation to development records. Prepare reporting on restricted & unrestricted funds for departments, and for management to track the available and utilization of funds.
- Cross train with Payroll, Properties and A/P staff accountants to support as needed.
- Participates in the ongoing development and improvement of financial systems.

Salary: $18.00 to $25.00 /hour
