Arcis Investments is looking for an experienced property accountant.
The principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare property budgets
- Prepare Common Area Maintenance Reconciliations
- Abstract and set up leases in accounting system
- Review property monthly accounting reports and variance reports for accuracy (prepared by another accountant)
- Prepare Proforma and Cash Flow estimates
- Perform special projects and analysis as requested
Qualifications:
- Commercial property accounting experience
- Detail oriented, analytical, organized and team player
- Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills
- Experience using MRI or another Real Estate software is strongly preferred
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and other relevant software
Salary commensurate with experience.
