What We’re Looking For:
- The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial real estate management accounting experience
- They must have a BS Degree in Accounting OR Finance
- Must be able to work well on a team and executive leaders, as well as, work independently
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Journal entry preparation and month end closing procedures
- Preparation of account reconciliations and analysis of balance sheet accounts
- Work with property managers and staff on the preparation of budgets for assigned properties
- AP invoices and expense reports responsibilities
- Explore cost saving measures for properties
- Build and maintain vendor relationships
- Complete ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
