Experience (preferred or required):
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university, and/or Associate’s degree required
- 5-7 years of analytics experience reviewing residential real estate properties preferred
- Direct experience acquiring distressed residential properties preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze historical property sale (flip) data
- Analyze property (ARV) after rehab valuations
- Analyze rehab expenses and data to be able to project expenses
- Analyze active MLS listings
- Analyze listing from wholesalers
- Strong data analysis skills (possibly machine learning / AI, but not needed)
- Residential property knowledge
- Use model provided for analysis to look at each deal
- Work fast and accurately, need to respond to hot deals fast
- Someone who enjoys analyzing and hunting for deals all day long
- Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position
- Attend business meetings and training as required
- Follow and adhere to Company policies, procedures and guidelines
- Perform other administrative duties, tasks and special projects as assigned
Position Requirements and Skills:
- Must be active licensed Realtor with access to MLS.
- Must be disciplined to work full time from home, logging work hours through our company work tracking software.
- Ability to focus, without distraction, on analyzing an average of 20 properties daily.

- Outstanding written, grammar, & verbal communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of an organization
- Must possess excellent organization, problem solving, and planning skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules/deadlines
- Must be dependable and safety oriented

- Ability to work some nights and weekends as needed
