Off-market Property Acquisition Specialist (Real Estate)

Job Overview
The Property Acquisition Specialist will join the Acquisitions department and report to the Director of Acquisitions.
The candidate will be calling home sellers (warmed up already by the cold calling team) to get their residential property under contract by negotiating a price which fits our criteria.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Analyze the warm leads sent by the cold calling team
- Come up with the best offer to propose to the seller
- Speak to the seller and negotiate the price
- If the price is verbally agreed, draft a contract
- Negotiate the best possible terms of the contract and send it to the seller for signing
- Coordinate with the seller until the closing of the deal takes place
Job Requirements
- Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively
- Experience in direct sales
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus
- Desired attributes: positive, enthusiastic and proactive
- Property Management Experience a plus
9am-6pm Monday- Friday
