Our client, Prop 3, is a real estate investment company who is rapidly growing in the Tampa, Orlando, and Jacksonville, FL areas. The company buys, renovates, and sells single family homes. They strive to help improve the communities in which they operate by improving housing and providing high quality affordable housing to residents. They are looking for an experienced Property Acquisitions Analyst who has current experience working with residential rehabs.

* The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys analyzing and hunting for deals all day long, is accurate with data, and has residential property knowledge. They will be provided with the model for analysis so they don’t need to create anything from scratch, but looking for someone that can be up to speed quickly and has done something similar before

* Must be able to complete pre-employment background check, sign non-compete agreement, and have acceptable driving record.

Candidate must live in Tampa, FL area and be able to work remotely from their home.

Experience (preferred or required):

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university, and/or Associate’s degree required
  • 5-7 years of analytics experience reviewing real estate properties preferred
  • Direct experience acquiring distressed residential properties preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must be active licensed Realtor with access to MLS
  • Must be disciplined to work full time from home, logging work hours through our company work tracking software
  • Ability to focus, without distraction, on analyzing an average of 20 properties daily
  • Analyze historical property sale (flip) data
  • Analyze property (ARV) after rehab valuations
  • Analyze rehab expenses and data to be able to project expenses
  • Analyze active MLS listings
  • Analyze listing from wholesalers
  • Strong data analysis skills (possibly machine learning / AI, but not needed)
  • Residential property knowledge
  • Use model provided for analysis to look at each deal
  • Work fast and accurately, need to respond to hot deals fast
  • Someone who enjoys analyzing and hunting for deals all day long
  • Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position
  • Attend business meetings and trainings as required
  • Follow and adhere to Company policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Perform other administrative duties, tasks and special projects as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 /year
