Raytheon is looking for an experienced Property Administrator to join its team. This is a tangible property and material position – not real estate management. You must have polished communication skills, a good command of MS Excel and Power Point presentation development skills, and the ability to multi-task with attention to detail for successful accomplishment of assigned activities. In this role, you will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
- Administering any or all 10 property administration functions within the Property Management organization as assigned, with primary focus on Property Program Support, contracts review / interpretation and requirements flow down, conducting compliance assessments, developing property related metrics, performing research and analysis of property related issues, providing issue resolution recommendations and participating on Special Project teams that may be process and / or business systems related.
- Providing assistance with property related issues and coordinates property control activities to ensure continual full life-cycle accountability of government / customer, associate contractor, and / or company assets in accordance with applicable government regulations and corporate policy.
- Coordinating administration activities with Property custodians and users, Program Management, Functional Managers and Contracts as required for successful completion of assigned activities.
- Conducting property assessments.
- Providing guidance on government regulations pertaining to property accountability; and prepares periodic and special purpose reports related to such matters as completed assessments, government property reporting, taxes, rentals and leasing, insurance, facility usage, etc.
- Assisting with company capital projects in drafting project acquisition requests, securing monthly project status from project leads, providing monthly updated status reports, and performing capitalization for newly acquired assets.
- May perform / lead property activities regarding physical inventory, contract closures and disposition of program assets and material to include demilitarization, bid sales, recycling, and donations.
- Communicating directly with DCMA Government Property Administrators, Property Management team members, and site personnel with working knowledge of FAR 52.245-1 Property Clauses and ISO 9001 / AS9100 requirements.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Property Management or direct relevant experience
- Experience with SAP (APEX / PRISM)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience making presentations (verbal and/or written) to key stakeholders
- Experience prioritizing competing tasks to complete assignments with minimal supervision
- Experience in a fast-paced, complex production operations environment
- The ability to obtain a Secret clearance within one (1) year after start
- Able to travel domestically as needed (typically 10% – 15%)
Desired Skills:
- Experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry and government contracts
- Knowledge of FAR, DFAR, DoD regulations and ISO9001 / AS9100 requirements
- Prior work experience within the Defense Industry with Physical Inventory, Records, Utilization, Disposition, Storage, Contractor Self-Assessment, Audits
- ICMS, PMOS Suite, ARAMIS Experience
- Government eTools / PCARSS, UID Registry, Haystack, WAWF Experience
- RFID Experience
- NPMA Certifications: CPPM / CPPS / CPPA
- ISO 9001 / AS9100 Lead Auditor Certification
- Six Sigma Specialist / Expert
- Sound leadership, analytical problem solving and critical thinking skills, ability to exercise independent judgment and manage complex tasks and projects
Required Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
Desired Education:
Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
