Accountemps is looking for an Property administrator with accounting experience for a company in the Ybor area. The main responsibilities will include the following:
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and account reconciliation. There will be miscellaneous projects and they are looking for someone to wear many hats.
The ideal candidate for this job will have 3+ years of property management experience in their background. Ideally, this position requires a candidate with experience working in Yardi, basic MS Excel skills and will be comfortable working independently in a fast paced environment. This is a temporary opportunity that has the potential to go temp to hire depending on performance.
