Requiring a reliable property maintenance person with laboring skills such as small drywall patch jobs, rehanging TV brackets. tightening screws, paint touch ups and checks in between guest check-ins, check-outs, and same day arrivals.
Along with the other mentioned skills, you will need integrity and some organizational skills to perform this position successfully.
