Teeming Vacation Rentals, a family-owned, full-service vacation rental management company is looking for a few full-time, Maintenance and Property Care Specialists to join the most reliable property management company on the St.Pete/Clearwater Beach area. We have over 250 of the nicest vacation rental units in the area and we are scheduling interviews. We are the best property manager in the market and we expect the best from our employees. We respect the value of quality and efficient work we provide access to many of the best maintenance phone applications available.
To be considered for an interview, you MUST:
- Be reliable, smart and efficient
- Be comfortable learning to use phone applications to track and document time, work and results
- Have proven experience providing preventative maintenance services
- Have proven experience providing basic repair services
- Have a “Can Do” and “Happy to Learn” attitude
- Ask questions
- Have a clean driving record and agree to a background check and Drug Test
- Have a Valid Driver’s License
- Be willing to work regular or rotating Saturdays
- Be willing to be “On Call” for after hour guest lockouts on a rotating basis
- Be able to take apart machines, equipment or devices to remove and replace defective parts
- Be able to check blueprints, repair manuals or parts catalogs as necessary
- Be able to use common hand tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches
- Have experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices
Duties include:
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Performing preventative maintenance
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance
- Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them
- Repairing machines, equipment or structures as necessary
- Responding to Guest maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Follow all required safety and standard operating procedures
- Follow all company policies

Full-time employees can participate in the company health insurance plan upon completion of the 90-day introductory period, receive Paid Time Off (PTO) upon the first day of employment, which is available for use after the 90-day introductory period. The amount of PTO increases with length time with the company. Full-time employees may participate in the company retirement plan upon their first-year anniversary, 6 paid holidays per year.
Pay Range $17 – $20/hour
