5 Month Contract Assignment. (8 spots available and for every associate that stays and completes the contract in it’s entirety with no attendance issues will receive a $500 BONUS at the end the contract which is January 31, 2019. )

Our Client has been in operation for approximately 20 years. They are company centered on vendor management as a full-service default and REO field Services Company. They have a 20 year track record of managing vendors while providing services to residential mortgage lenders, investors, brokers and asset management firms.

Our client is gearing up for their Winterization Project and we are assisting them with candidates who have a very strong administrative background and highly proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, Data Entry, Typing and Business Grammar.

These roles are primarily responsible for coordinating all winterization services for their client properties across the entire country. The job focus will primarily be with winterization & de-winterization of properties and potential plumbing repairs that may be needed to complete these services. Coordinators will be responsible for communicating and dispatching vendors to properties, communicating with clients, monitoring quality through photograph inspections, and ensuring all client deadlines and quality standards are met.

These positions will also entail monitoring quality and performance of existing vendors and negotiating with vendors on timelines and pricing. The coordinator will have multiple lines of communications between clients, brokers, agents and vendors. Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of urgency and follow through are essential to these positions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  1. Communicating with vendors on properties including time line adherence, quality standards and negotiating bids.
  2. Answer customers/client requests or inquiries concerning services, products, billing, timeliness and reports problems areas.
  3. Photo review for active and completed jobs, reviewing completed services to ensure they meet client standards and to catch potential issues that may need to be addressed.
  4. Tracking and monitoring the services from dispatch to completion with timely updates to the client.
  5. Continually maintain working knowledge of changing company directives.
  6. Utilizing internal software systems and MS Office productivity software for workload management.
  7. Responsible for communicating with clients in a courteous and professional way.
  8. Performs other duties assigned.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  4. Ability to prioritize and effectively manage daily workload.
  5. Positive approach to problem solving.
  6. Effective negotiation skills.
  7. Strong organizational skills.
  8. Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  9. Strong Data Entry and Typing skills.
  10. Strong analytical and customer service skills.
  11. Ability to work in a faced paced environment.
  12. Knowledge of residential construction/plumbing is preferred but not required.

Prior to placement all candidates being considered must success full pass the following assessments: Assessments are required to be taken here in our office during your interview with our Recruiters.

  1. MS Word with a minimum score of 80%
  2. MS Excel with a minimum score of 80%
  3. MS Outlook with a minimum score of 80%
  4. Data Entry with a minimum score of 6000 kph
  5. Typing with a minimum score of 35 wpm
  6. Business Grammar and Writing with a minimum score of 70%
  7. Successfully pass a 10 panel urine drug test
  8. Successfully pass an extensive criminal background check which includes Global Watch Alert or equivalent
