Knox is looking for a renaissance property expert who likes to get their hands dirty. You likely have years of experience in the property world working in real estate investment, development, brokerage, property management, or similar. You’ll get a healthy base salary, commissions, full benefits package, and stock options. Help us become a global force for wealth creation.

Our property operations division is the heart of the Knox experience for renters and property owners. As a member of the team, Knox Property Experts work with tenants, owners, and service providers to onboard homes, manage repairs, perform showings, and just about anything else that needs to be done. Knox is dedicated to providing a superior experience for tenants and property investors alike. You’ll be a member of a powerhouse team that is the face of this innovative company.

Experience in managing and performing residential leasing is requirement #1. That said, Knox does not recreate what’s been done before. Knox provides a renter and homeowner experience on par with the best consumer brands, regardless of industry. The renters and owners we work with are going to love their relationship with Knox. As a result, turnover is minimal. Word of mouth customer referrals will be the norm. Renters, if they have to move, will want to move into another home in the Knox Program.

Responsibilities:

  • Unit operations
  • Unit intakes and inspections
  • Inspect units and document features and conditions
  • Key management
  • Vendor relations and oversight
  • Leasing
  • Set pricing schedule for marketing units
  • Unit marketing and leasing process
  • Showings and showing scheduling
  • Rental applications, background and credit checks
  • Move-ins/outs, security deposits, transfers, rent changes
  • Annually raise rents and process renewals
  • Identify opportunities to rent units faster and for better rent
  • Compliance with applicable laws
  • Create enticing listing pages as deliverables during showings
  • Property Investor relations
  • Interact with occasional homeowner needs
  • Provide market data and CMAs for Knox staff when requested
  • Coordinate unit onboarding
  • Responsibilities to develop as the company rapidly expands
  • Assist Knox management team in changing how homeowners build wealth

Requirements & Skills:

  • Real Estate Salesperson License
  • Willingness to hang license with Knox Financial
  • 2+ years of experience leasing rental homes in your market
  • Experience advertising units on websites and systems such as apartments.com, rent.com, MLS, Zillow, and Craigslist.
  • Experience documenting units including taking good photographs and detailed documentation of unit features and systems.
  • Must possess strong organizational and management skills.
  • Experience working in a rapidly growing organization or startup is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and detail-oriented.
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-changing, remote, and developing work environment
  • Experience working in Salesforce and Hubspot is a plus

Total Compensation: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

Salary range reflects cash compensation, commission, option package, and full benefits.
