JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for general maintenance and upkeep of common areas of property grounds.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Responsible for picking up trash and debris from roadways, sidewalks, walkways, landscaped beds, pools and beach areas
  • Responsible for emptying trash bins and dispose of trash in and around the INN condominium, playground, pool and beach areas
  • Pressure washing (when needed)
  • Mop, sweep or blow out walkways and parking lots
  • Wash windows and exterior doors
  • Minor painting / touch-ups projects
  • Clean beach restrooms
  • Set up beach umbrellas / chaise lounges
  • Set up pool umbrellas / chaise lounges
  • Wash pool deck and skim pool
  • Refill/replace water coolers
  • Operate tractor / rake beach
  • Minor building maintenance repairs or replacements
  • Emergency mitigation (cap, cover, or turn off water) of any common area irrigation systems
  • Maintenance of common area lighting (bulb replacements)
  • Basic golf cart maintenance (charging, check water levels, cleaning)
  • Tractor operation
  • Other duties as required and needed

  • Must have experience working in related field (hospitality preferred)
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have full availability and be able to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to read, write and speak English (multi-lingual a plus)
  • Ability to hear, understand, follow and give written and oral instructions
