Seeking a reliable Handyman to perform upkeep and repair tasks at the interior or exterior of multiple company buildings in Brandon, Florida. We’ll rely on you to keep our facilities in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills and an eye for detail is required to maintain our facilities which carry a five-star rating. Some of your responsibilities will be: cleaning parking lots and common areas, performing daily maintenance and light repairs, performing routine landscaping on the grounds, painting and repairing cracks in building areas and surrounding sidewalks, pathways, or parking lots, installation of equipment or furniture & cabinetry as required, repairing equipment or appliances, assisting tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs, be available for all emergency tasks, identifying and curing all aesthetic and essential repairs. Minimum qualifications: proven experience as handyman, experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment, basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems, good communication ability, well-organized and proven problem-solving, attention to detail, high school diploma or equivalent – This can be a contract-based employment or a full-time employment based on your preferences.
