Homee, Inc. is a venture backed company and the premier on-demand home servicing technology application and we are looking to add to our growing team. The main responsibilities for the Property Maintenance Area Manager position includes overseeing home repair jobs/projects performed by vendors in the Homee network to ensure jobs are completed in a timely and quality fashion. It also includes creating local awareness and building strong, lasting relationships with our skilled service tradesman and local property managers.
*****MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN SOUTH FLORIDA AREA***** RESPONSIBILITIES: – Review work orders from property managers and provide estimates to perform the required work – Oversee tradesman who are responsible for fulfilling work orders to ensure client satisfaction – Effectively communicate with property managers and address questions or concerns related to the completion of jobs – Responsible for supporting vendor/contractor sign-ups, usage, and training in the designated territory – Train and support vendors on the Homee app and be a point of contact for questions or issues that arise – Deliver top customer service and represent the Homee brand to build relationships with existing customers and vendors REQUIREMENTS: – 3+ years of construction or maintenance repair experience, especially in a supervisory role – Effective communicator with customer service-oriented mindset – Entrepreneurial DNA and strong local networking ability. – Team player, self-motivated, efficient, intellectually curious, flexible, and reliable. – Easily adapts to rapidly changing environment and demand. – Experience in project sequencing and directing subs/vendors in a timeline. – Knowledge of Contractor License Requirements and when they are needed. – Ability to navigate Permit Departments, Code Enforcement, and HOA Violations.
