Helping in the development of a routine preventative maintenance plan
Daily/Weekly inspections for overall cleanliness and safety
General maintenance aptitude
Basic Plumbing (unclogging, snaking, fixing small leaks, changing fixtures)
Basic Carpentry
Unit “make ready”/Punch out inspections (rentable quickly)
Painting
Light cleaning
Grounds clean up Responsible for clean up of all outdoor common areas
Changing locks
Installing light fixtures
Work closely with property manager regarding work orders and accompany vendors/contractors scheduled to property
This position requires you to have your own reliable transportation (vehicle w/insurance, valid DL, basic tools)
