Homee, Inc. is a venture backed company and the premier on-demand home servicing technology application and we are looking to add to our market manager team. The main responsibilities for the Market Manager position include includes overseeing home repair jobs/projects for key customer accounts. It also includes creating local awareness and building strong lasting relationships within our skilled service trades, real estate agents and local property managers.
*****MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN Ft. Lauderdale/West Palm Beach/Miami AREA*****
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Review work orders from property managers and provide estimates to perform the required work
– Oversee tradesman who are responsible for fulfilling work orders to ensure client satisfaction
– Effectively communicate with property mangers and address questions or concerns related to the completion of jobs
– Responsible for driving provider/contractor sign-ups, usage, and training for new market territories and being a point of contact for ongoing training
– Train and support vendors on the Homee app and be a point of contact for questions or issues that arise
– Deliver top customer service and represent the Homee brand to build relationships with existing customers and vendors
REQUIREMENTS:
– 5+ years of constuction or maintanence management experience
– Effective communicator with customer service oriented mindset
– Entrepreneurial DNA and strong local networking ability.
– Team player, self-motivated, efficient, intellectually curious, flexible, and reliable.
– Easily adapts to rapidly changing environment and demand.
