Must be “hands on” with working knowledge of:
HVAC
Building Maintenance
Painting/Stucco
Plumbing
Roof Systems
Parking Lot Repairs
Fire Alarm/Sprinkler Systems
Landscape/Irrigation
Safety Standards
Must be able to handle multiple properties and meet strict deadlines
Must have high standards and good communication skills
Must complete individual projects as well as successfully manage vendors for larger jobs.
Must possess exceptional decision making skills while also maintaining high standards of appearance, conduct, and discipline
